Information used by Tax Diary NZ
Depending on the features you use, the app may process account information such as your email address and profile details, driver-entered income and expense records, logbook and work-distance information, vehicle information, notes, uploaded receipts or screenshots, and community content you choose to post.
Why information is used
Information is used to provide account access, save and sync app records, calculate and display app summaries, provide backup-related features, support users, maintain security, and operate community features.
Service providers
Tax Diary NZ may use third-party infrastructure providers to provide authentication, database, storage, email delivery, website hosting, crash reporting or other app services. The production list should be updated whenever providers change.
Your records
You can request account deletion using the account deletion page. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal or regulatory reasons; any actual retention practice must be stated here before production.
